My Story

Raksha Ranganath is a professional artist hailing from Mysore. She pursued engineering and was a software professional. She then quit her job to focus on her art and carnatic music. She is a BFA graduate and emerging international artist.

I'm dedicated to creating resources to help you begin painting, or to take your painting to the next level. I have used sponges, knives, shoes, mats, fabrics, tissue paper, thread, glass, plastic wrap, salt etc. I believe that the basic knowledge of composition, color harmony, color temperature, color properties, negative spaces, perspective, shadows and knowing aesthetics of drawing helps one master any medium. Painting has transformed me into a courageous, self-confident and free-flowing person. She is engaged to nature, and been representing art from 8 years. I have been awarded and represented awards from Switzerland Art Gallery as a poster image.
